I am 6'2" 165 lb, have been weight training for many years, although I have reached my optimal genetic potential. I would like to gain and retain a solid 10 pounds. What type of A/S would you recommend for a first timer that is very knowledgable about diet and training. Making a move to San Diego very soon, and hoping someone could show me some love.

I sure hope you're kidding Glen! If you took 25 A-bombs a day, I don't know which would happen first, either your liver would explode, or you would in general from the water retention. Then if you lived through that cycle, you'd certainly have a bright future in the gay porno industry as an authentic she-male! You'd have a huge set of knockers!

It depends if you are willing to do injectables or if you are just wanting to do orals.

The orals are far harder on your liver so you will have to be careful with doses you take, e.g. 6 d-bols a day is about max if you want to stay relatively safe.
Anadrol 50's are out if you are a first timer - massive water retention which you will loose most of with your first piss after you finnish your course - delta - saurus put it best - 10lbs of weight and 25lbs off your bench after your first piss.

Injectables are better as they are far easier on your liver. I would go for Sus and deca or sus and primo. primo will give more quality gains while deca and sus will add size (water retention is prevelant).

I would go for 6-8 weeks of say 500mgs sus and 3-400mgs primo, with clomid (keep balls working) and proviron(stop bitch tit).

Hey Skinny Bones, I was once in your shoes so I feel for you. I'd recommend some test and something anabolic like EQ, winny, or Primo. Use the anabolic at the end of your cycle, it will help you retain your test gains. You should gain a good 15lbs and keep
10lbs this way. Try something like this.

For your first cycle take it easy. Go for Primobolan Depot, if you can affort it.
Do a 12 weeks cycle of 200 mgr a week. Stop for a month (even 2 or 3) go at it again, this time 300 mgr a week. Finally another cycle with 400 mgr a week. You will have gained 20 or even more pounds (I did). The good part is you will keep everything, not just 50 or 60 %. I must admit I like Primobolan because I don't have to eat a lot, not even proteine. Another good thing, no side effects.

But if you are in a hurry then Test is the way to go.

just feed your face with everything you can try to take in 5000 calories a day mostly from protein and carbs do no cardio for several weeks and see what happens train with heavy weights and low reps 5 - 8 get plenty of rest at least 8 hours at night - don't get on AS just eat and train heavy

bro if i were you i go with sustanon..it is awsome with hard work not all but most of your gains will stay with you take clomids when you end your cycle to protect against gyno....

If you want to be on the cover of flex, you might want to go with the 25 a-bombs a day. Just kidding. Just to get on that cover you would most likely have to reach the $100,000 mark in spending on juice and GH. That may be a small estimate.

Why do you people always say to taper sust do your damn homework befor you give advice. If you were new to A/S would you want someone giving you bullshit anwsers let them do some research. Tell them wear to look or they are going to fuck themselves up. Everbody is different.

ISE and BPP gave the only good advice I see on this thread. It's very unlikely you're at your genetic potential. Eat more, train hard and heavy (for you), get a lot of sleep and cut out all cardio. If you do this right, you may gain another 30 lbs of mainly muscle. THEN do AS.

I have been training for about 6 years now! My family tree consists of 6+ foot people that are all very slender. In fact I am the largest person in my family! I am certified by ACE as a personal trainer, and will graduate with a sports science degree in 2 weeks so I do know how to train, and eat. The problem is that where I come from the hype on the A/S is unheard of.

I overtrained every day for about 4 years, and am finally making very small gains by lifting only 3 X's a week consisting of mainly multi-joint (core / single chain) exercises. I eat 3 balanced meals a day (but they are fairly small), as well as one serving of MESOTECH 3 hours after breakfast, and a weight gainer (N large2 by Prolab) everytime before I go to bed.

My body is 165-170 lbs with 4.5 % bodyfat. I am very lean but have a great foundation which consists of very tight/hard muscles, and extreme definition. I admit I could eat more but couldn't everyone?

Let me say a little of my story, i once where skinny as hell and didnt grow, i had trainned for about 2 years, then the guy who owned the gym i trainned in at that time took me under his wing (huge guy 190cm and 135kg no fat) in 3 months he learned me alot about trainning intensity (he was a big fan of Mike Mentzer), nutriten, and how to beat a muscle that hit a plateu, so now i know that i should be happy that he did that instead of giving me advice about steroids.

One thing that I am sure will help you.......eat "six" small meals throughout the day instead of three "balanced" meals. It will make a difference believe me.
