No doubt this takes place in border towns like Tijuana, but has anyone heard of the feds giving "paying" vets for informing of Canadians buying crank in southern resorts like Puerto Vallarta? I am positive that someone squealed on me, and I am trying to figure out who? Vet makes money for selling, then gets extra money for informing customs, good deal for him/her.
