I am on my second week of a heavy cycle, and have gained little weight. I just can not eat that much. I take gainers fuel 2500 midday, and it zaps my stomach, and doesn't gain me enough weight.
Sus 1000mg/wk, nor600mg/wk, started ref-b 1.5 cc today

Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Even out the calories to about 600-700 a meal. It keeps your metabolism level instead of peaking and dropping. Plus it's much easier to do than trying to stuff yourself 3 times a day and makeing yourself sick. Drink plenty of milk because it seems to digest easily and has plenty of carbs/protein/and calories. (I mean a whole lot of milk-I drink almost 3 gallons a week) Get yourself a good protein powder that doesn't taste like horse sh*t and isn't thick as pancake batter. You can split this up over the day also because lord knows drinking 32 ounces of a protein shake in one sitting is a biotch. hope this helps a little.

Hey curious, I have about 6-7 meals on average counting shakes, calorie+protein, It just doesn't seem like I am taking in enough to gain some weight, I know one week is way to soon, maybe with the ref-b I will gain some heavy weight this week. I only get 3-4000 calories at most weighing 160 lbs now

If you are only 160 you hopefully do not have a large body fat % so... you may want to wait to drink your shake before bedtime. This way you will not interfere with other meals, and you will have enough calories to keep you in a positive nitrogen balance throughout the night.

p.s. I have seen similar cycles where the weight wasn't gained until the last couple weeks. Everyones body is different.

Get a half gallon of milk and drink it throught the day. I started doing this about a month ago and I'm making some solid weight gains about 5 lbs and I'm not taking anything.

Eat every 2 hours when you are hungry. If you have NO appetite, drink a high protein/moderate to high carb shake. It is very axiomatic towards your bodybuilding success and performance
