Hey, I am one of those 'newbies' in every sense of the word. I had some questions regarding sostenon and I followed the advise of the "Newbies please read post" and I was able to get answers to most of my questions by using the search feature. Thanks for that.

But I would like more info. Basic questions like:

1). This is my first cycle. My plan is to only do one cycle as I am shooting to beef up for a special event later on this year and once that period of time comes and goes, I probably will continue (I don't now) to work out but stop juicing. Will I lose all my gains eventually?

2). Will the size that I gain turn to fat once I stop? I live an active life so I do cardio in some form or another about 4 times a week.

3). Will I get "bitch tits" after one cycle?
4). How long will I go through the side effects and will my nuts regain their original size eventually?

5). Do I have to lift every day while on sostenon?

6). I think I may have read somewhere that sostenon will only add mass (to my arms for example if that is what I am working out) but that it will not give me the "cut" look? Is this true?

I landed on the board today guys and I have spent the last 3 hours perusing through it. Thanks for sharing all of your knowledge and whatever information that you can provide know that there is a very gratefull guy reading your responses.

In case its important, I am 5'10" 175lbs. On the thin side with definate love handles though. Never really been much of a lifter although I do a lot of sports. Thanks again.

Im not being rude, but keep reading the board and all ?s shall be answered...muscle does not ever turn to fat, muscle cells and fat cells are intirely diff

1) Many of us planned on only doing one cycle. Really, just one cycle, we tell ourselves. Ha. You'll try it, you'll probably like it, and you'll want to do it again. Anyway, that doesn't answer your question. There are many factors involved in keeping your gains including what types of drugs you use, length of cycle, do you keep your eating up after the cycle, do you continue to bust your ass in the gym, etc. Not a yes or no answer.

2)No, it will not turn to fat. But if you don't watch your diet, you may well put on some fat.

3)You could if you are not careful. Again it depends on the drugs used, not only AS but accessory drugs too.

4)Drug dependent. Use clomid.

5)No, you don't have to lift everyday. Just make sure you bust your ass - intensity is key. You should recover quicker when using AS, but you should be working harder too.

6)Sust will probably not give you the cut look because you will be retaining water and eating to put on mass. Alot depends on diet, however.

Not a flame, bro, but you really need to stick around for a while and do alot more research. You should learn more before you start a cycle. Use the search engine to help you find what your looking for.

1). People say one cycle is never enough.
Do a good cycle and train hard and you will keep a lot of the mass, check for first cycle posts. Do it right!

You will lose your gains if you are not using your body to make it KEEP your gains.


2) Muscle doesnt turn to fat. However, if you keep eating like your 220lbs and your not training, you will put on FAT

If you are doing enough cardio but no formal weight training, you will lose some more size and put on a little fat.

Think about cycling Mass gain and Fat loss.


3). Dude, I thought you said you searched for answers.
Take 50mg clomid every second day, until your last week, then for 100mg a day for 7 then 50mg a day for 7 more days.
Keep nolvadex on standby in case you are prone to oestrogen conversion and gyno.


4). Clomid will prevent a major part of this

5). Lift Heavy (6-8 reps), 6 sets every body part, once a week.

6). Testosterone will make you put on some water and make you look flat/puffy. Sustanon I find, doesnt make me hold too much water. But each to their own.

Put on the mass, and you will probably lose a BF% as well.

DO YOUR FIRST CYCLE RIGHT!

well, i too was one of those "one cycle only then im off" that was 3 cycles ago. nonetheless, you asked if your gains will turn to fat? not sure how to answer this, only that a muscle cell is a muscle sell and a fat cell is a fat cell. so they do not turn into each other. a muscle cell is comprised of protein while a fat cell, called adipose, stores left over nutrients to be used at a later date. so NO, your gains will not turn to fat if the gains are muscle gains.

as for bitch tits, or gyno, some people are more prone to this sympton than others. to the best of my knowledge, this occurs at high levels of AS useage and usually when an AS aromatizes. if you dont know what that word means, that is one u can look up on the internet. the larger your dosages, the more likely it may aromatize, although some people are more prone to it than others. but for a newbie cycle, you should not have anything to worry if your doing less than 400ml of anything a week, or was that 400mgs? hmm..no matter.

as for your nuts, they may or may not shrink. alot depends on what you take and how you take it. for example, SUST. is self tappering so taking like clomid for example, is not necessary, although some swear they use it year round. with any TEST, i will always use it just incase. with deca, and sust. i never did and my natural test. production was back online in a few wks.

do you have to lift everyday? no, should u, depends on your body. for me, i can go everyday, 3 on 1 off, or EOD. just listen to your body, if its too sore, the bad sore, stay away. AS really doesnt do more than help your body recuperate faster so you can lift again, more, and heavier, that is why if your protein intake is not sufficient, u will see little if any gains.
(although some AS's do different things, i recognize this, and you VETS, for the sake of this piece of adivice to this guy, this is appropriate).

I used 500 of sust per wk for 10 wks and only gained 8 lbs but my muscle quality really improved! I was much more cut and denser.
Your diet will have much to decide this as well.

i was ur size, did one little cycle of deca and gained 30 lbs.
