If you inject in the upper outer quadrant of your glutes all you have to worry about is pulling back and making sure your not in a blood vessel. For more detailed diagrams go to 2Thicks site. ------------------ IP: Logged |

there is a large nerve with some major bloob vessel around it, im not shure on who to write it's name in english, but it should be something like the sheyatic nerve, hitting that nerve could bring some painfull resolt, and sometimes even paralyzetion. that's what i've been thought. IP: Logged |
