Help out bros!!! I started week 3 of my mass cycle today and my forearm/elbow is killing me. I train with strict form. Maybe I am overtraining? I only feel pain when I squeeze my hand in fist or fully extend my arm. Do I stop my cycle or just train through the pain. I have been putting ice on it a lot. Helps numb it for a while. Help!

Definitely tendonitis Bro. I've had it for three years. Ice and Naprosyn work best for me. Also, there are "tennis elbow" braces that you can buy that give extra support while lifting. I have one that also has magnets in it and it works great for me. Be careful with it, it can get bad quick. I didn't use to believe in all the magnet hype, but it seems to be working for me.
Peace

I have experienced this same pain. I bought a tennis elbow brace from a local sporting goods store. It is simply a 2" wide velcro strap that goes around your upper forearm. I use it when I do heavy presses (chest, shoulders). My pain went away.
