In the past I have used a two litter coke bottle a small funnel and a blender. In the morning I would put two packs of cyberginyks protien crap with some milk and some added some vanila or something just to make it tast differant then poured it into the bottle and sipped it all day while at work. Didn't take that long at all to make. L8R IP: Logged |

Every morning I mix my protein shake in a blender and fill a small 2 quart cooler with handle and fliptop, which I take to work and drink out of with a straw at 10 and noon. By the time noon rolls around, the shake is a bit warm but is still drinkable. You might also pack a couple of sandwiches to have at noon. I'm sure your co-workers eat some type of lunch each day, what are they eating and how do they pack it? Nutritious foods and supplements come in all shapes and sizes, you should be able to come up with something suitable for your needs without a problem. IP: Logged |
