I need some help on getting my wrists to grow. Don't flame me for this, but my wrists are a tiny 6 inches! The rest of me is o.k., but I am so self-conscience about my my wrists...always wear long sleve shirts.

Behind my wrists, my arms I can deal with, but just where my wrist and hand meet...it phuckin' small. Please post any ideas to get 'em bigger.

Ian

The only thing that I can recommend is doing more forearm work. That's the only way you can thinken up your lower arm.

Have you ever thought about PGF-2?

Yeah, I know about PGF2a. Actually I am useing it right now, but just on my shoulders. I thought about it for my wrists, but I think they are too small to inject into.

Thanks for the quick reply,

Ian

Is it just your wrists or your forearms as well? If it is just your wrists then be happy because it will make your forearms and the rest of your arms look huge. I have little wrists and I constantly get comments about how large my arms are...in actuality there is plenty of guys in the gym that have arms as big if not bigger than mine who never get comments just because there is such a drastic taper in mine. Learn to be happy with what you have and improve what you can.

Damn i wish my wrists were small, my forearms are pretty big but my wrists are also big so the forearms dont look big at all. I agree w/ curious, be happy w/ what u got but make those forearms bigger.

Hit the heavy bag. 1/2 hour every other day, 6 months. You will add atleast 1/2" to your wrist circumfrence. I doubt you will actually do this, but it would work.

I would reccomend squeezing you dick quite firmly when you jerk off and I would also reccomend doing it about 6 times a day 3 with right hand 3 with left.
Seriously I try to emphasize sqeezing the bar on all of my exercises I don't do any fore arm excersises and they are big my wrists are about 10 1/2 inches around, I got this from an old flex magazine it was an artical about Lee Haney. Hope this helps.

I've got to ditto Doc on this.

I trained as a boxer for 6 months (never actually fought, long story...)

I had to loosen my watch band by two notches.

i agree with the boxing thing, any activity which places stress/pressure on a bone will cause it to grow, i learnt this in pre-med. For example tennis players have thicker wrists in their tennis hand because of the stress from hitting the ball with the racquet......so go for the boxing thing. i also have 6 inch wrists, but
1. your arms look f**king bigger once you have decent forearms
(2. you can try a profession like dentistry and be good at it with the small hands!)
3. ive seen people with big wrists and hands, and they dont look nearly as built as someone with the same amount of muscle but with smaller wrists.
4. yo'll need less mucles on your forarms to look "muscular" than someone with bigger wrists.

Ive got small wrists myself....6.5 inches circumference...and Ive got small girl hands.... Ive had girls tell me my hands are cute and pretty and that I should play the piano....AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH....I have to use wrist straps, its ridiculous but I have tried the heavy bag boxing in the past and it does work real good but just make sure you know how to punch otherwise you are just gonna fuck up your wrist

Like Curious and the other said.......little wrists make the forearm look bigger. Who gives a shit if they're small.....it's all about "ratio".........small followed by large looks good. Stop worrying about nothing, there's other things for you to focus on bro.

dude im so happy theirs someone else with the same problem of having small bones. dude iv allways been avarage height my whole life but my arms and legs have been tiny and skinny as fuck. this has allways made me real insecure and depressed. you feel inferior to everyone else cause being real skinny is a fucking curse. iv been working out and eating like crazy for the last 3 years and still im not happy with the results. my biceps are just barley 15 inches and may calves are the same. its a pain in the ass trying to build muscle naturally when you have poor genetics. when i can come up with the cash im gonna do a good 10 week cycle, and hopefully i can make some gains i will be happy with.

About the boxing thing, maybe its just me but I have been boxing for almost 12 years since I was 11, and my wrists are about 7", small as hell, but my forearms look good because of how small my wrists are.

when boxing using the hard bag...
are you supposed to use boxing gloves? or do it bareknuckled?
the reason i ask is cos i started today without gloves, after half an hour my knuckles were red raw! maybe i should just strap up my hand before i do it, what do u think.
and by the way Glenbuton, i totally relate with you man with the whole size, genetics things....it'd be cool to hear from you by email sometime, lol we can swap hardgainer tips!

Ouch. Yeah definetly at least use gloves I used to do this alot when I was younger and sometimes would do it bare knuckle, do it long enough and you get all bloody in between your knuckles.
