![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Look at the ingredients. If one of the first ingrediants looks like fat then the spray has fat. Usually that is all the serving size being manipulated. If something has less than 5 calories per serving, the FDA allows compaines to round to 0. Fucking scammers. I am looking at a bottle of Crisco fat-free cooking spray right now and it's first three ingrediants are canola oil, sunflower oil, and soybean oil. Their serving size is .25 grams. .25g * 9cal/g = 2.25cal which rounds to zero. Puc IP: Logged |
