just got the underground steroid handbook II, and i have to admit that its a very informative book. anyone with any questions about roids, or cycles should pick this up. go to netrition and u can pick it up for 11.95. written by "the steroid guru", the late dan duchaine, i think this is one of the best manuals out there. pick it up. ------------------ IP: Logged |

well I think that the WORLD ANABOLIC REVIEW 1996 is much better. DUCHAINE made a lot of progress in his understanding of anabolics AFTER he republished the book- though it does have decent info. hopefully the new edition of the WAR will be better and have cleared up some of the errors that they made in the first edition- keep in mind that a lot of this is based on theories and anecdotal information wich is why any book as of right now is somewhat unrealiable- plus the factors of individualism that play such a great role in AS effects and side effects. ------------------ IP: Logged |
