I just received some Sust/Deca that I was planning to use on my first cycle mid-June. The reason for mid-June is that I am taking a week beach vacation in early June. Any point in doing a mini-cycle now to get a little more ripped before hitting the beach, or should I just wait and do a full cycle upon returning from vacation? My hotel will have a "fitness facility" but I don't know that I really want to rely on an unknown gym for a week in the middle of a cycle. Any tips?

To clarify, the hotel's "fitness facility" would only be used if for some reason I decided to start a full 8-week cycle now and continue it through my vacation, which I wouldn't prefer.

Personally- I'd wait and cycle after the trip. Since I only cycle 3 times per year- I like to make the most of mine. Just my personal opinion.

The Old "Short cycle vs. Long cycle".

If you do a short cycle you will only gain about 5-10 pounds, but will you have to go heavy on the gear.

The reasoning behind short cycles is that you will keep the 5-10 pounds when you stop because you don't give your body a chance to down regulate its endogenous test production. Plus, side effects are lowered significantly. And, cycles can be started again shortly there after.

Ironically, in the long run it equals the same amount of weight that one would gain doing long cycles, but no one wants to hear that.

The answer to your questions depends on what you want out of the cycle.

300...what would you suggest for a "heavy on the gear" cycle compared to the 8 week cycle I have planned of approx 500sus/300deca per week?

I am going to try a short cycle starting in June, except I will be on AS for one month and GH on the next and will do this for about 4-6 months dependig on how much GH I get. I hope I can put on about 30lbs. in these 6 months. Can't wait.
