Just say your runnning with:

1) A Taper up of Clen until Jitters and back off half a tab.
2) Cytomel every day for 18 days as"
111222333333222111
Then ECA Stack for another 4 weeks.


Diet:
What sort of diet would YOU consume in terms of Macronutrient ratios ?
Prot: 40%, Carbs: 40%, Fat: 20%

Or would you raise your protein with whey because of the Cytomel use and then back it off when you hit the eca stack ?

And what sort of calories would you take in ?
10x bodyweight in lbs ??
or 12x bodyweight in lbs because of the increased protein and training.


Training:
Would you lower the weights and perform more sets/reps ? Or stay heavy (6-8 reps) 4-6 sets per bodypart per week ?


Any other opinions ?

Hi Sasben,

Your cycle is looking okay. If you want to cut, then continue with 5-6 meals a day at around 12 x bodyweight. It may vary from person to person but that works for me. I read somewhere that you should not allow your basic metabolic rate to drop too much. To avoid that, eat normally for a brief period before resuming your diet. While you eat normally, your bodyfat will climb, but not to the level it was before. In short, zigzag your fat loss.

I can't say it's the best way, but this advice did work very well for me.

For your weight training program, maybe you can switch to doing slightly lighter weights with greater reps to get the cuts.

Do you guys split your dosages up through out the day ?

eg 1 in the morning/lunh and afternoon ?

I still really cant feel the jitters (only a little extra heat, but I dont know if its from my morning dose of T3.

Does T3 make your temp rise ?


Apart from that im increasing the clen tabs by 1 every day, right now I have two in the morning, two at lunch and one in afternoon.
Cant feel the jitters...

Do I just take my daily amount at once in the morning and that is my days dosage ?

They are legit, im 6'4" 230lbs.

I use clen/cynomel and ripped fuel at the end of cycles and I funkin melt like butter on the sun...becareful, becuase you will lose muscle

Im interested in the if your body temp rising in the morning from the T3 ?

And how do dose clen upwards to feel its effects. Ie do you take all of your dosage in the morning ?

this is what i have been doing and has gotten me from 16.8%bf-6.3% in 8 weeks
diet:protein 2g/lb carb 1/2g/lb with 20% of that in morn and 80% post workout and about 30-40g of fat/day, for the first 6 weeks i did 2 1 week cycles of dnp and now i just started to taper up on t3 and will use clen 3 weeks out from comp

To answer your question about t-3, yes, it will raise your temperature. I get hot as hell on as little as 50 mcg. When my girlfriend went up to 50 mcg, her glasses kept steaming up.

What you're doing looks good. It should work well.
