You mean Greg Kovac and the boys at Musclemag were lying to use !!, give me a break, I hate those bastards. Greg Kovacs is one right fucker the ways he plugs muscletech products. I don't have respect for the guy. Save your money in future, if you want to grow spend your hard earned cash on good food, and when that stops working consider entering the dark side. I think it's pretty good. Not because Kovacs and MuscleMag say that it is the best but because I progress when I use it. Who knows , it might be psychological , all I know is when I use it I gain like 5lbs of water every time and I'm bigger. This water weight helps the streangth and size which is what I want to use it for. IP: Logged |

cell tech isnt a bad product, but for the money that gnc and other places ask for it, it just isnt worth it. buy a quality creatine in bulk, like prolab where i got 600g of cre for 26 bucks, and go to www.proteinfactory.com and but 3 or 4 pounds of dextrose. thats what i did, so after workouts i make my own cell tech. throw in 10grams of glutamine and its a great way to recover after a workout. think about it. in a 4 pound jug of cell tech, u get 20 servings. each serving is 10 grams of cre. so, u pay anywhere from 40-60 bucks for 200 grams of creatine?!?!?!?! i payed a total of 33 bucks for 600 grams of cre and 3 pounds of dextrose. oh, and i forgot, that 40-60 bucks goes pays for the sugar and alpha lipoic acid. whoopdie fucking doo. ------------------ IP: Logged |

i did it for eight weeks last year before i went to cancun-i was the strongest, heavyest, ive ever been and gained about 10 pounds on it. it was murder on the body and tastested like shit though. once i got to cancun at 192 pounds i saw that everone still looked better than me-thats when i realized that everone juiced-and now im starting my first cycle -if its going to be bad for the body anyway then might as well juice at least you know your going to look amazing on it. yeah i used celltech too and i hated it. it only made me sick to my stomach and really tired after i drank it. i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. regular creatine works 10 times better IP: Logged |
