Shoot 500mgs once a week or 250 twice a week, and should I shoot 400mgs of deca once or 200 twice?

Use the sust in a decrease the days cycle. This is how I like to use sauce...makes me I dont think it matters with the deca because deconate is such a long lasting ester. Personally, I like to take it every four days.

To maitain optimum test levels in your blood throughout the week between injections I would recommend splitting both into two injections per week as to decrease the valleys in levels in between injections and keep a more level amount in your bloodstream throughout the week. Yes these are both long acting and you would see results with once a week but splitting them up is a more effective method.

I disagree demaroid. Sust and Deca have
halflives of 14 days or more. There would be
no benefit taking shots every 3 days.

.. the only benefit from the splitting the injections would be the decrease in soreness from the sust shot....both the decreased amount and addition of the deca in the shot would help wiht the soreness factor....
