THE PROBLEM: Im 5'6 @197lbs-13.5% bodyfat. Between work and school I simply dont have the time for cardio. Shit,there are times like finals week in which I can only train three days a week using a push-pull-legs routine.

GOAL: To keep as much size/strenght as I can while working towards 5%.

THE SPORT: I box amatuer and was considering a few fights this summer. Im short and its hard to fight guys 6' plus 195lbs. It can be done though!

THE SOLUTION: Get rid o' da fat. Shrink them there' cells to damn near notin!

THE MEANS: I've designed a training/nutrition/drug program in order to aid me in my quest. It goes somewhat like this:
Wk Deca Reforvit(i.m) Tren-acetate Clomid
1 600mg----112.5mg
2 600mg----112.5mg
3 600mg----112.5mg
4 450mg----75mg
5 450mg----75mg
6 450mg----75mg
8---------------------------337.5
9---------------------------225mg
10--------------------------225mg
11--------------------------225mg
12--------------------------112.5mg
13------------------------------------100mg
14-------------------------------------50mg

>Doses of deca will be given every sun & wed
<Both The finaject @75mg/ml and the Reforvit will be taken eod.
<Clomid will be taken every day (not enough for eod throughout cycle)

Creatine load during weeks 1-4 and 8-14.
Plan on using e\c\a during wks 1-6
Use cytomel wks 7-10
finish with e/c/a, clomid and creatine wks 10-

My nutrition is good and I train hard. I eat approx 200grams proteing per day. Milk thistle, evening primrose oil, vit. E, multi-vit/mineral and a gallon+ water per day

Cardio will be done 5 days a week.

I'm not sure if I should go no-carb
or no-carb (except post-training meal) and carb load on weekends.

well I will have a go at it- but be forewarned- its not going to be pretty

YOU ARE ALSO USING TOO MUCH DECA- AT LEAST FROM A SEXUAL PERFORMANCE/POTENTIAL GYNO PERSPECTIVE. WHY IS THERE NO TEST? LASTLY 330MG OF TREN IN A WEEK IS A LOT. TAPEING IS NOT NECESSARY MID CYCLE- IT IS REALLY NOT NECESARRY ANYTIME BUT IF YOU INSIST ON DOING IT DO IT AT THE END. YOU NEED TO TAKE CLOMID FOR A LITTLE LONGER TOO- TREN IS VERY SUPPRESSIVE IN A LOT OF PEOPLE.

CREATINE LOADING IS TOTALLY UNECESSARY JUST USE A MAITANANCE DOSE- IF YOU USE IT AT ALL- A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH GETING TOO PUMPED WHEY USING ANABOLICS AND CREATINE TOGETHER.
Plan on using e\c\a during wks 1-6
Use cytomel wks 7-10
finish with e/c/a, clomid and creatine wks 10-

WATCH YOUR SODIUM INTAKE, INCREASE MAG, POTTASIUM INTAKE

I AM NOT FAN OF NO CARB- LOW CARB WITH ANABOLICS SHOULD GIVE YOU THE RESULTS YOU WANT BUT YOU SHOULD CARB UP AT LEAST 1 DAY A WEEK.

Thanx MP. Alot of guys get offended at an honest critique such as that. Thanx for your opinions I appreciate them. Its nice to have the opinion of someone, such as yourself, whom holds such a vast amount of knowledge in this area.

**Im not using testo simply because I dont want to use any test in this cycle. I can use proviron for sides.

Anyone else--E2?

Gotta go with mac again. Use the test and
ref orally. You can actually cut on this
cycle if you watch your cal. intake. Deca
holds water, libido suppression etc.

The reason that I take the ref by the i.m. route is that its more effective and i need to take less of it to achieve the same results. yea yea, I know its probably dirty but I always run it through a "fine" syringe filter before hand.

The enanthate I have would work well with what im trying to do...i just dont want to use it. Its kind-of an experiment I want to do-dianabol/deca calorie restricted. Ill up my protein to 300grms/day.

Wouldnt the adrogens in the d-bol surpress the "deca-dick" syndrome. I could always use proviron if need be.

Tell me fellas-if you have had any experience with cytomel how is it best used, and when?

most people say to start out at 25 to 50 mcg's and go up to 75 to 100 mcgs a day. i used 200 mcg's and lost 1o to 12 lbs, but the rebound effect kicked my ass and i gained more weight than i lost. As to your first question i think test would be better to counteract deca dick.
