Hey bros, I just need to know if any of you have tryed the Anabolic Diet while on AS. I am about to start an 8 week cycle of t2 at 600 mgs a week. I weigh 155 at 9% body fat and I am 5'8. Do you think that the gains will be considerable with the combination of the two(diet and AS)? Any help appreciated..... Thanx bros Donjuan IP: Logged |

Hey forget the diet, you have the anabolics. The diet gives your NATURAL body an anabolic effect. The steroids do that also. Just eat a whole lot and train hard. ------------------ [This message has been edited by onlythestrong (edited April 30, 2000).] IP: Logged |

Well I don't know anyone who has done a cycle on the anabolic diet, and a cycle on a "regular" diet to compare. Dr. DiPasquale thinks that you would get more out of AS while on the anabolic diet. IP: Logged |

Eating anything and everything while on steroids will cause a rebound effect that will enduce a lot more bodyfat after the cycle is discontinued. Not to mention it will inhibit true muscular gains and promote water and fat. Eat as if you were stranded on a deserted island. Lean meat, vegetables....keep the calorie and protein intake high enough and you will not only be leaner, but will hold that lean muscle even after you discontinue the cycle. Reason being, you have developed true muscle weight gain and not water and fat. Getting fatter will only help you lift heavier poundages with your gut, ass, and all the fat and water retention your holding from eating a shitty diet. Thats a fact. It's all high calorie, high protein, carbs in the morning through mid-day and kick over to protein through the evening to night. Lots of frequent meals. 8-10 a day. Compare the results. It's a lot harder to eat clean, but in the long run it's worth it. IP: Logged |
