![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I'd say try to max out your potential or at least have 2 or 3 years of weight training under your belt before you say you've got bad genetics. I started at a measly 55kg before and I was natural for 4 years and gained 20+ kg before I started my first cycle. After I got all my eating/sleeping/training habits down, I gained a lot during my cycles. Cheers, AY IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() I agree with AY. I think that it is important for anyone to get as much natural gains as possible before using gear. Your natural gains will determine how well the gear will work for you. I believe a minimum of 5 years before using is good. Use the juice to early and you will never be where you want to be. (In 99% of cases) I think that is where most go wrong. Once the body builds the tolerance it becomes an addiction to keep the muscle....conclusion: you'll look bigger, but you'll still look average. -The size and strength you put on will mostly come from your ass and gut, and your muscles will most definately end up looking bulky and smooth. Only benefit from that is if your a powerlifter. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i have to disagree, i broke my leg last year, and was out of the gym for about 5 months, i worked out naturally for about 1 and 1/2 months, a then cycled, i was right were i was before i broke my leg. you may not look like arnold, but i think overtime on juice, you will get big. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I've seen pics of the OAK at 14 years old! He was never a skinny boy. I believe he was competing at age 17! ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You can see from Arnold's early photo's that he started on the juice at about 18 - 19 or so, but even Arnold's earliest pictures of him at 15 and 16 show that his development was well underway. I must say that I feel I made a mistake starting the juice too early. I had only been lifting seriously for about 6 months before I started 4 years ago. If I had my time over, I would've remained natural for another year or two. I believe that would've given me a better foundation for future growth. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Depending on the intensity of your workouts and diet combined with AS will detirmine your growth potential. If doing all of above properly, anyone would make great gains. It's hard work and determination! The only way! But it can be done!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |
