I just recently started a cycle of Reforvit-B. In the first week I gained five pounds...since then I haven't gained jack shit. It's been three weeks now and I'm getting pissed off. I upped my protein when the gains quit coming...also upped calories and carbs and food, and everything for that matter. Has anyone else ever had any problems with this on anything whether it's reforvit or not? Any advice or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

how much ref are you taking? all at once or spread out through the day? how much rest are you getting? how is your training? how much is upping your protein putting you at? is it enough? ie at least 1gm per lb of bodyweight. shoot some info so we can make a better response.

I am taking 1 1/4 cc every day...taking 1/4 cc every 5 hours. I weigh around 170 right now. Am getting about 4000 calories a day. Am taking about 200 grams of protein a day. I am lifting 3 on 1 off and heavy. I get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. Hope that this clarify's things a little.

try upping the amount of reforvit, 2cc's a day works good for me, and up the protein to at least 350, 200 is just to low. try for 2 grams protein per pound. 2cc's is about 10 d-bol i don't know if that is too much, but try and see.

Bro you should be gaining good of that dosage, at a bodyweight of 170 4,000 calories a day is plenty, I took less ref-b than you are and gained 20 lbs on top of a 215 lb body. Is your strength getting better, I got insane strenght gains, so fast my joints gave me problems.

My strength has gone up a little. Mostly my muscular endurance has gone up. (can only max 315 but can get ten sets of ten with 225.) Maybe I've lost a little fat and the size will start coming. I guess I'll just have to wait and see.
