Want the best way to clear up acne without Accutane here it is: 1.Wash face (and body if required)with Panoxyl (5%) wash twice daily. 2. Use a 10% benzyl peroxide cream (with Clendimisin (sp?) if available) twice daily. 3. At night after wash and cream, use Desitin, a zinc oxide cream for rashes. 4. Use liver detoxifying agents such as milk thistle and dandilion root to keep the toxins purged from your body. 5. Udo's oil or any other EFA mixture at 30 - 60ml/day. 6. 4-6litres min./day of fresh purified water. There it is...sounds like a lot but it is really is easy once you get in the routine of it. I heard a great way to get ride of acne is Tea tree oil. Heard it works great, I have not used it yet, but I know alot of other guy how love it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Pure tea tree oil by itself does not work very well for acne. It does, however work well in a cleanser or wash. IP: Logged |

Been lucky...so far no BIG acne problems. But when I do come off Sus/test get mild case 3-4 weeks later. Found this works well Ask doc for script: DIFFERIN (adapalene gel) 0.1% Galderma Labs Try this off the shelf: PERNOX (scrub cleanser) Westwood-Squib PHISODERM 4 way daily ACNE cleanser Have also found Milk Thistle ans Saw Palmetto combo continued a month or so after helps IP: Logged |

Panoxyl can be found in the medicated skin care section and Desitin can be found in the infant care section (also used for diaper rash). Excellent combo...visble results in a week! IP: Logged |
