According to "HE TWO" who once replied to me "only PGF2a" can be used for local growth. And I think he is right.

injecting is not the answer. its in the way you train. what is your calves routine like? my calves SUCKED but 6 months ago until i started to really train them. calves like NO LESS than 15 sets, 2-3 times a week. i spend about an hour and a half per week on them, and i just love it!! When you start seeing progress you will be prety amazed. it took me a good 4-5 months before i saw the slightest increase, but they seem to be growing faster now that i have better muscle control in that area. try this 2-3 times a week with 2 min rests between sets:

monday: 15x5 standing calf raise

thur: 15x20 calf raise on leg press.

This is how it is. Some people have the genetics for calves and some dont. I know guys who work the shit out of thier legs, use good quality gear and train/eat correctly and thier calves grow an inch in one year. PGF2 will work and good ol' winny may too. YOu guys must hate fellas like me. I cant train my calves like the rest of my body b/c I get all out o' proportion. Id trade em' for decent chest development...I got robbed in that department
