guys, Help.i have some serious love handles going on here.i do cardio,low carb,all the regular stough.does anyone know any particular exercises to target the handles,please dont say sit ups,i have done so many,i practically do them in my sleep.thanks bros,a rookie!!! IP: Logged |

im no pro here but im prone to love handles and puffiness in the "boobs" but what im seriously noticing is i think its more water than anything else. also i began to FORCE my H20 intake after some advice from some list bros, it seems to be helping. chris IP: Logged |

situps wont do shit for your love handles. When i got them i just ran in the morning on a empty stomach for 5 miles 4 or 5 times a week. It worked for me............ Of course i was up to 180lbs hard as a rock and fit as hell when i met this HOT BLONDE with a meth habit, 4 months later i was looking in the mirror at a 135lb bag of bones with a meth problem. The anabolic diet(keto diet) did wonders for losing the fat around the love handles. Try it for a few weeks and see if it works for you. IP: Logged |

bro i have them too...you have to do more and more cardio..even if you do it already do more ....when you make up...go to the gym on an empty stomach take an eca and then when you get home eat something light ..eat every 2-3 hours small meals ok doing this will speed up your motabolism..naturally bro hard work is the real key ...work work and more work peace romeo romeo must die--i shall rise IP: Logged |

most common mistake would be to work them...ie: side bends etc...all that does is make the muscles bigger, the fat is still there, so they look bigger...only way to get rid of any excess fat would be cardio and diet...the only time ive ever been cut is when i went on a 30 mile back pack trip, try hiking 10 miles a day and only eating ramen noodles and granola bars...anyway i didnt like being cut, i only lost 8 pounds but felt skinny, just be happy with your love handles IP: Logged |
