im on winstrol and primo should i lift heavy or reps and should i throw eq in my cycle

Use the EQ, go for the pump.....go heavier when your on a mass cycle, your doing a great cutting stack (assuming your dosages are OK)....keep you calories and carbs lower than normal, do some cardio, and you'll come out shredded,and if you're lucky with some more muscle, you should definitly increase you lean body mass to fat ratio....so you might stay at the same weight but gain 10lbs of muscle and loose 10lbs of fat for example.

HEAVY AS YOU CAN GO CONSIDERING YOU SHOULD ONLY BE RESTING 20 SECONDS BETWEEN SETS. DON'T EVEN COUNT YOUR REPS, THEY DON'T MEAN SHIT. STAY INTENSE AND KEEP GOOD FORM, YOU'LL SHRED.

incresing your reps 12-18 for 1 exc,
with erobic muscale activety 40-60 min a day will give u the results you are looking for .
