I EAT AND EAT. I JUICE AND JUICE. I'M 5'6 AND HAVE NEVER WEIGHED OVER 185. i'M ON SOME POTENT SHIT TOO. ANADROL, D-BOL. I LIFT HARD. WHAT IS HAPPENING.

im haveing the same problem im at only 130 now and about 5'5.i got a demn fast metablism and im about to do a stacked cycle of Sustenon 250 with laurabolin and d-bols.oh yea alsow im 19 years old and sick of being that small for my age.and now i bet im gonna get replys on how i shouldint do that at my age well few months ago i did a few amps of sustenon 250 or it could of been like cipinade and i did gain weight and size so i only have one quastion.would one cycle of steroid stunt your growth for ever?or only if u keep on takein em?i alsow read on another discusion bord u can get juice prescribed to grow taller is that true? heh what a reply.a reply and 100 quastions to go with it.oh yea so what does everyone think?

well no.1 I have no clue why your stacking anadrol and dbol..but thats you.

What is your diet consisting of??...enough carbs..?..and what is your idea of enough?
Throw me some numbers man..Im the king of fat while bulking....post em up..let us check em out..

Well bro I started jucing at 20 after I had done some serious training and research for many, many years. I'm glad I started at the age I did. It honestly sounds like you don't know what your doing in terms of food intake and steroids. You can't take "a few" amps of sus250 and wonder why you didn't grow. Before taking AS you need to know what the hell your doing. Set yourself up a great training routein, a solid cycle, and proper diet (caloric intake eg)4000+ Kcal/day) Take weight gainers if you can't eat that much whole food a day. You must eat if you want to put on some serious mass. Keep your protein intake at about 2 grams per pound of bodyweight. I really doubt you stunted your growth with one cycle. As for growning taller using drugs the only thing that might help is growth hormone. But thats a whole other story, as in don't bother trying. You don't want to mess with that stuff if you don't know what your doing. Its very expensive and at 19 you have probably reached your max height so I really doubt it would help. Anyway its easier to get bigger and you look bigger if your at a shorter height, so don't sweat it.

You should be ingesting 4000-5000 quality calories per day to grow on a cycle.

If you are eating that much and you are not growing then your stuff is bunk.

Your metabolism will slow down with time.

I HAVE A MYOPLEX IN THE MORNING, THEN A 10 OUNCE STEAK AND EGG WHITES. FOR LUNCH I HAVE ANOTHER MYOPLEX AND A COUPLE OF CHICKEN BREASTS WITH RICE AND PINEAPPLE. TWO HOURS LATER I HAVE ABOUT 600 CALORIES OF PEANUT BUTTER CE CREAM. THEN, AFTER I TRAIN, I HAVE A PROTEIN SHAKE AND A HALIBUT FILET WITH RICE OR SOMETHING. BEFORE I GO TO BED I USUALLY HAVE A HUGE BOWL OF RICE CRISPIES WITH WHOLE MILK AND SUGAR. I DRINK A SHIT LOAD OF WATER AND I TRAIN HARD 5-6 DAYS A WEEK. FOR INSTANCE, I TRAIN LEGS AND CHEST SO HEAVY AND INTENSE, IT USUALLY TAKES 5-6 DAYS TO RECUPERATE. I'M GETTING READY FOR THE MR. COLORADO COMPETITION.

I CAN EAT 2000 CALORIES BEFORE I GO TO BED AND WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING 4 LBS. LIGHTER THAN THE NIGHT BEFORE. IT DOESN'T GO BACK UP UNTIL AROUND NOON AFTER SEVERAL MEALS.

growth hormone can make you taller and then screw up your life
my coaches friend took that stuff in highschool and now his child was born blind dont mess with that stuff be carefull and research
