(long time lurker..first post) Sorry if this causes any consternation, but am not clear on this piece of information. I have a valid doctors prescription (150mg per week either cypionate or enthanate) If I go out and buy from a local source (since the local Walgreens is actually more expensive) am I in a different situation in terms of actually holding a valid Rx ? (yes - I did try Search before posting this and found nothing that answered it..) IP: Logged |

You'll be fine, if you're caught with it, just make sure that the stuff you buy is sold in the states, if you're found with some foreign stuff i dont' know how that would work , maybe some other bro's would know. IP: Logged |

Don't fool around too much with it. If something were to happen and you needed to show script they would check into it. Meaning brand, type and most important AMOUNT. If it calls for a certain amount, you should never have more than that allotted. You should never have a supply bigger than what is allowed and always have documentation from pharm. If your asking if it's legal to buy from someone at gym, no way. Also, if they give you bottle with script stuck to it then thats how it should always be. It's not a license to ride but should no doubt help you out, just use common sense. Hope this helps... IP: Logged |

The Rx is not stuck on the bottle, but a form filled out by the MD. I carry all my Rx's in my wallet. I do actually have to have a little more on me as otherwise I would have to run to pharmacy every week. I only wondered what the legal issues would be if I buy locally (it's actually cheaper) and would I lose the Rx doing so. IP: Logged |
