Does anyone have a problem sleeping after they just took some Rev-B or Dball? Is it not a good idea to wake up in middle of the night and take some Rev-B?
Does it make the heart beat and blood pump faster? I know allot of caffine keeps me up?

Thanks
Chris

I like taking some of my daily ref right before bed. I do find that it can keep me up from time to time so I will take melatonin with it.

I take one dball before I go to bed and one four hours later (talk about a pain in the ass) and I haven't noticed any associated sleeplessness. Remember that gear in general can significantly raise your metabolism, not to mention all the other shit we stack with it.
Diet can also effect your sleep patterns. Since I started my cycle I TRY to consume all my carbs before 6pm.
