I was wondering if any of you wake up a least once during the night for who knows what reason. While your up get a snack or two, what is good to eat and not going to keep you up? any ideas?

Try some melatonin. It will help to regulate your sleeping patterns, and some say that it helps you get the deep sleep that your body needs every night. I use it when I'm on DNP, and it works wonders for me.

get this.... my whole life... i slept like a bear.... nothing would wake me up... not even th smoke alarm.... when i fell asleep youd have to give me a good 10 hours b4 i woke up... sometimes more.... ever since i started shooting durateston im lucky if i sleep 7 hours a night... waking up is alot more common now... kinda pisses me off cuz this is when i really NEED the sleep! oh well maybe ill try tylenol pm.... eat protein if you wake up... might as well ... lata

You can find melatonin at almost any GNC store, and most nutrition stores

YES!!! Good to see someone else wakes in the middle of the night hungry! I thought it was just me. It only happens when I am on a heavy cycle like sust and deca and I have had some of my best gains eating a little yogurt, grape nuts or both.

I use Soma Solution (Butanediol) if I can't get to sleep... and it puts you out - with no hangover in the morning. Good Sh*t.. and fun to party on as well.

THERE ARE SOME REALLY GOOD HERB SUPPLEMENTS OUT THERE THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT.

KAVA KAVA
AND
VALERIAN ROOT
IT TAKES A WEEK ARE SO OF SUPPLEMENTING WITH THESE HERBS BEFORE THEY WORK , BUT ONCE THEY KICK IN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SLEEP WELL AT NIGHT WITHOUT BEING TIRED THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THINGS GHB (GABA HYDROXCY BUTURATE) IS AWSOME YOU WILL SLEEP BETTER THAN EVER BEFORE. AND ITS A GH RELEASER AS WELL, SO YOU WILL NOT ONLY SLEEP WELL IT WILL HELP YOU GROW. I take a valium or half depending on how much sleep I missed during the week. So I will pop one Friday night and sleep like a baby till late Sat. morn. WHen I wake up I feel 110%.

Melatonin and one of the new "ZMA" mineral supplements before bed. DON'T take them with milk. Calcium inhibits the absorbtion of the magneseium.

if you can't sleep go to your doc and get a drug called ambein, after 4 day on it i was back to a normal sleep pattern. if you wake up don't eat. watch out if you take ambein for to long it can become addictive.

over the summer i was having trouble sleeping ..i actually still do..i average about 5 hours per night...it sucks im kinda
sick of it ...but i tried some shit called 5-htp its pretty good ...also st johns wort..works good tooo..

Where can one get GBA? I used to take java and valarian root to help sleep but now it doesn't work as well. THANKS ALL FOR YOUR INPUT!

hey Seitz, I think you men kava. Java won't help you get to sleep. Valerian is a good supplement. So is melatonin. Xanax is great if you can get that. Or try otc meds like Nytol. Sweet dreams.

Or here is another thought, what I "good" to eat just before bed. I usally eat some icecream, take 4grms of glutamine with about a cut of water.
