do yall take a break from working out and get some rest or keep hittin it hard in the gym? earlier this week i had slight flu symptoms but ignored them, now im sick as shit i skipped my workout today and i might do the same tomorrow, not sure though. just curious what yall do? IP: Logged |

Working out realy hard is going to lower your immune system so it would be better to take a few days off and get well. IP: Logged |

I never push through and lift when I know I'm really sick. The body needs to expend all its energy on getting you well, not lifting. Although, I do lift sometimes when I feel like I might be a little sick. IP: Logged |

I go to the gym and cough a lot around the irritating teenagers to "spread the wealth". Then I start sneezing into my hands and rubbing them into the barbells and after a light workout, I go home to meditate on the day's achievements. Cheers mate, AY IP: Logged |

Listen to your body if u need to take a day or two off, than do it. Take vit.C also. Rest will probably do u some good. IP: Logged |

i take alot of vit c and see my chiropractor alot more. the chiropractor gets me back in the gym in half the time by increasing my immune system to fight the sickness.rest rest, and more rest. IP: Logged |
