prolab ion is good,cytodyne,sci-fit whey is what i use.prolab and sci-fit mix well with a shaker bottle and decent taste.cytodyne is good for contest.when using alot go with the big bucket it last longer and priced better in the long run.don't forget whole foods! IP: Logged |

Buy Whey Protein only. Preferably Pro-Lab or Designer Protein. But they are all basically the same thing, just marketing. I personally like Pro-Lab and Designer my self but most of the other Wheys are just as good. Soy is good for balancing estrogen levels in women in their 40's. I dont think you need that. IP: Logged |

I know I'm going to get bitched at for this because everyone hates muscletech, but the new NitroTech is probablly the best tasting protien I've ever had. The cool thing is I get it for about $25 bucks a pop its not to bad, got a friend that manages an independantly owned GNC. IP: Logged |

Bro, listen go to ProteinFactory.com and get there Penta Pro Its the best place to buy protein period. They sell in bulk you can get five lbs. for like 30 bucks. You can even customize your own mixture if you want. Don't take my word for it there are alot of guy's on here who use it, ask around bro they'll tell ya. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I like the proteinfactory.com too, I bought the pro sorben super. 10 pounds was $96. It is expensive and it doesn't taste great, but it mixes really well and works good. IP: Logged |
