Hey man, can animals diet work while on cycle? If so, how do you et al the protein you need for a day?

If I read it correct it said carb up before bed? I always thought this was a nono unless you are carbing to replenish after a workout.

I've used that diet and it worked for me for cutting!!!! but not on a cycle, not at all. On a cycle i eat anything and everything, just today i hat two subway, mcdonald's , six protein shakes, one gainer shake, 10 eggs, 5 pieces of toast, 1 lb steak, and tortellini.

Get fat, get huge, then cut.

Right on E2. I had 6 eggs, french toast,
Met-Rx, meatloaf, Met-Rx, chicken breast,
protein drink, spaghetti.

I had chicken and brocoli 6 times today, and oh yeah-Yippie!-2 protein shakes made with water. You guys suck!
