I'm 19 and have been feeling a scraping in my shoulder blade/back area for quite awhile. Whenever I wind up my arm you hear it scraping. Now when I do cable rows I hear a pop. Is this caused by lack of cartiledge in that area, if so what can I do to treat it? IP: Logged |

It could be... I recommend REALLY good form when training to make sure it doesn't get worse. Take Gluco Sulfate , it helps. Some vegetables are good for joints as well. I found once I took regular Gluc Sulfate and had occasional light weeks (NOTE: light weeks for me are training hard for 10-15 reps instead of 4-8 reps which over time wrecks the joints) it made a real difference. Finally, you should properly warm up before training heavy. IP: Logged |
