Actually more like my side/rear delt. I was trying to throw guys out at home from center field. The worst part is today was I supposed to train shoulders, but I don't want to stress it any more. (It's definately not a rotator cuff injury, its the muscle)

Anyone else ever "throw your arm out" from playing baseball, etc? I guess I wasn't warmed up enough, but it is KILLING me today. Worst part is, its only the beginning of the season, but most importantly I don't want it to hinder my training.

Need some good rehab/strenghing techniques......

You need to Ice it at least 3 times per day.
20 min on and 1 hour off. Repeat two more times that same way.

Stretch lightly. Try use your arm as usual and as normal as possible as this will keep your muscles from tightening up too badly. Don't lift!!!!! It sucks, but you will do more damage than if you take some time off.

Weez, i recently did the same thing, but to the outer bicep, didnt really think anything of it, and tried to work thru the pain, i lasted for abot a month and came to my senses. I eventually took two weeks off of any arm workout, then slowly started back with light weights and only a couple sets each workout, its been a few weeks and arm is responding as long as I dont try to push it too fast. I suggest you take a little time off and come back slow hitting that area only once a week, until theres no pain left
