![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You can not loose fat in one area only. The body uses fat from all over the body whether you are doing crunches or deadlifts. You gotta diet to loose fat. /Komo IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ECA plus cardio and diet should work. Spot reduction doesn't work so no point doing isolation movements. I find swimming as a great way to burn the fat. Cheers mate, AY IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You cannot spot reduce but maybe some movements like stiff legged deadlifts and hyperextensions may help , the theory being that the more muscular you are there it will give the illusion of being a little leaner. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You will not be able to spot reduce...that's a fact. You will have to lower your overall bodyfat levels. Usually with guys, the midsection, love handles and lower back are the first sites to gain fat and the last lose fat from. When I lean out, first place I notice is my forearms, calves and tris (the get shredded!) Then as I get leaner, my quad muscles show separation. Besides all that, I usually just get a four pack instead of a six pack in my midsection. It varies by individual. Everyone please critique, am I right or wrong? IP: Logged |
