I was wondering what everybody had to say about getting stuff from a U.S. or a foriegn supplier. Which is safer?I have what looks like to be a kick ass foriegn supplier and also a great U.S. supplier(all references are good etc). I want to order stuff with as little risk as possible(like we all do).The supplier in the U.S. can get me my stuff much faster (although he is a little more expensive).Also what do you recommend to make this as safe as possible - fake name etc.etc.What are successful ways you have done it and has anyone ever been busted? I say go domestic if you can. My first order was forign and it took almost 3 months for it all to get here. While waiting on my stuff I met a great domestic source and could not be any happier. I have ordered so much from him, he has sent out the stuff before my money got there and has also hooked me up with free stuff becouse he took like 1 1/2 weeks with an order. When I order from him I always know I will get my stuff in 2-3 days, with a forign source (which I still order from time to time) everyday I am expecting a customs letter and when I do get me stuff I get all excited just because I actually did get what I had ordered. Once again, go domestic if you can. I think it's worth the extra few bucks to insure that you get what you order, I mean he's taking all the risks getting it in the country and after it's here there is such a small chance that you will get busted. Much safer to order domestic. No customs to go through. It's always quicker to. I would only order orals from other countries. IP: Logged |

Domestic may be safer when it comes to getting your stuff, but internation in my experince have been cheaper, and have a greater availablity. Most domestic sources are middle men between international sources and you. Eliminate that and you have cheaper gear, less chance of being faked and greater availablity. If your source is smart they will have clever ways of getting supplies to you. I know mine is, and I get my stuff all the time, np. Just my $.02 IP: Logged |

Order from people you believe won't scam you. Domestic clearly is advantageous if you're impatient and don't want to see any seizure notices from Customs. On the other hand, I, personally, wouldn't want to be on somebody's computer when my domestic source got busted. Maybe they're not targeting users now, but who knows? There is a "cleanliness" about overseas ordering, and if your source is smart and gives good service, you really don't need to worry. People order from overseas all the time. What percentage of packages (okay, let's exclude the Thailand scenario) really get seized? A few hundred bucks in savings is a lot for many people; that's a reason overseas ordering is so popular. You guys seem to be forgetting that it is much easier to get busted with a domestic source. Let's say the source gets raided my the fuz, then they just wait to see who e-mails him and they take it from there. Most likely they will only go after the people with the big orders, but it's still a risk. I personally prefer a foreign supplier. The goods are cheaper, shipping should not take too long if sent properly (2-3 weeks max.), and customs should not be a problem if good packaging techniques are used. Orals can be packed in very discrete ways. Amps, bottles, etc. take up volume. The bigger the package the better chance of getting seized. Also, the more packages required often come with chances of partial seizer, delayed arrivals and increased overall risk. Domestic is a great option.

Domestic sources are like Gold- hold on as long as you can- but I've seen that most of them go bad eventually- unfortunately, with no prior warning! Watch out! ------------------ IP: Logged |
