kevin Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 46)	posted April 27, 2000 12:44 AM My research hasn't turned up much. I'm starting a deca/sus250 cycle but for the first 3 weeks I'm doing suspension first. I figure I need some teslac or nolvadex b/c suspension aromatizes so well, but I ALREADY have some teslac. So how much should I take and when? Thanks guys "kevin' IP: Logged

JohnnyBravo Amateur Bodybuilder (Total posts: 16)	posted April 27, 2000 09:52 AM FOR WHAT IT's WORTH The difference between NOLVADEX and TESLAC. Nolvadex exhibits it's anti-estrogen effects by competing with estrogen at binding sites in the target tissue, such as the breast. Nolvadex does not really do much to prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, which is something that Teslac does well. If you wanted to really fight estrogen's side effects, you could take Teslac (250 mg 4 times daily) and Nolvadex (10-20mg daily). The Teslac would help prevent the conversion of testosterone to estrogen, and the Nolvadex would keep any circulating estrogen from binding at the estrogen receptor sites in the breast tissue. If it is a choice of one or the other, my money would go for TESLAC. This is due merely based upon the fact that Teslac along with testosterone can greatly increase serum testosterone levels and has shown to be an "anti-glucocorticoid". It may also compete with cortisol-like compounds and be somewhat "anti-catabolic". IP: Logged
