Hello everyone, I'm new here. I have a question. I started working out when I was 18 years old/135lbs. I'm 28 years old now and my weight is 188lbs (10.5%bf). I've been natural the whole time. The last two years I have plataued. My weight goes from as low as 186lbs to high as 190lbs. (Creatine makes the difference usually). My wife is a personal trainer, so my training and diet are always in line. I'm feeling that I have tapped my potential...any opinions/help?

Assuming you've changed your routine periodically, and everything else is in line, I'd say yes. I hope you consult your wife BEFORE you think about using AS, that is if you ever do. Being a personal trainer, she'll catch on REAL quick. I don't want to see you back here in a year single!!! Good luck...in whatever you do.

Sounds like you have trained hard ,have a good diet plan. So I think the next logical step for you is to try AS. Go for it

Its nice to see you've worked hard this long and I feel that if you want to reach your next goal that A.S. can be an effective tool. Make sure your wife is cool with it and then post a possible cycle that your thinking about and we will give you all the help we can! Good luck
