Looking to drop about 5% ,but dont want to lose muscle. Obviously,Ill keep my protein intake high,do cardio,eca or similiar stack and cut calories. How fast is too fast and how to not lose valuable muscle. Thx

LOWER CALORIC INTAKE BY 150 EACH WEEK SO ITS GRADUAL...HIT ABOUT 500 CALORIES UNDER YOUR BMR.THAT IS THE LOWEST YOU MIGHT WANNA GO...ITS THE GRADUAL REDUCTION THAT WILL CAUSE LOSS OF BODYFAT WITH NO EFFECT ON MUSCLE LOSS..ALSO DRINK HELLA LOTS OF WATER.

DNP, E/C/A ,cardio, and 1 to 2 gallons of ED = fast fat loss, no much muscle loss

My vote is E/C/A and alternate calories between 100% and 85%. High protein, moderate fat, mild cardio, take your time, and work those abs so they look oh so pretty when you bust'em out on the honeys. Go easy and it'll happen.
