I don't want to look to stupid, but I will throw it out there. I used to be pretty big and work out regularly. I played rugby for the last 10 years, but I'm very out of shape now, and I've had 5 knee surgeries and I have 2 herniated discs. After reading about it, I have determined that building up will greatly help my problems as well as my performance on the field. I don't need to get huge, and I am certainly new to this. You guys have any suggestions as to a first cycle (what, how much, how long etc.) and also maintenance cycles? Also, should I take a trip south of the border, or is there plently of opportunity here? Thanks, and hopefully this doesn't sound that stupid, but you gotta start somewhere. IP: Logged |

Welcome to the board. You will get a lot of info reading older posts from people with the same needs as yours. Take some time doing the research and then provide more info about you, hight, weigh, body fat %, age, goals.....You will find lots of gear south, that's where most people get their stuff. Read the ALL NEWBIES MUST READ post to avoid the flames. Good to have you here bro. IP: Logged |
