If my deca just expired yesterday, is it safe to take? I've seen some previous posts saying that up to a year after expiration is ok... any validity in that? Thanks IP: Logged |

That was funny geerhed. After the exp. date, the product will start breaking down. I don't know the rate at which this occurs, but it will not be as effective as taken before the date ------------------ IP: Logged |

all depends upon how its been stored...ie. direct sunlight, heat. Still good 6 months to a year post exp date. IP: Logged |
