I watched something on TV about fat people and it talked about E/C/A.....It said it was danagerous....I don't really believe it all, but it is something to think about....I have used E/C/A alot.....

I think the aspirin is probably dangerous. When I do the e/c/a I sometimes see blood in my shit which is consistent with gi bleeding caused by aspirin.

I saw the Dateline special where a guy died, but that certainly isn't the norm. I suppose there are risks in most everything we do.

I'm probably more at risk than most as I enhance my ECA stack with l-tyrosine, yohimbine, and a half a grapefruit (for the naringin). One a day is all I need! :-)

E/C/A is bad if abused. I spent three days in the hospital with a bleeding colin. I posted about it a few days back. I talked to the doctors and they told me that the efedrin can constrict the blood vesels in your organs and cut off blood flow which will kill the organs walls. They thaught this could have happened to my colin, but I think it was the asprin. Still though the scary thing is if your hearts blood vesels get constricted you could have a heart attack. Be carefull. Be smart.

ha man i took the e/c/a stack for 4 straight weeks and lost over 10 pounds with no side affecs.The first dose gave me the shacks but no more

go for it but first lower the dose to test for affectivness.
