My first cycle:
200mg deca every 5days.

-I got access to both Clomid and Nolvalex, which one would work best?
-I never did understand how anti-estrogen worked with Deca. My thoughts were that Deca didn't mess with Test level, can some one point me to a good site were I could fin d all this out or simply tell me.

You need Clomid EOD.Nolvadex is only if you need it.Use Clomid for 2 weeks after cycle too. Your girl will appreciate it. Use some kind of test with the deca to get huge.

50mg eod, 100mg ed 1 week after your last injection, 50mg for 2 more weeks. I agree that you should throw in some test for better gains.

Deca by itself only seems a bit little. As the bros above mentioned, stack some test along with it to keep your little soldier working, also gives you better gains.
