I know there are alot of Bro's out there that use the protein factory. Do any of you know the actual content and amounts of protien, sodium, calories ect. I have a big box here but there is nothing to tell me the serving size and content? What kind of servings are you guys using? ------------------ IP: Logged |

It all on their site. Depending on the mix you ordered they have the protein gram content and carb content etc. The serving size is listed on their site, you'll need a 1/4 cup measure or a 1/2 cup measure. IP: Logged |
