I want to take a Winny/Eq stack , but I'm afraid of my joints getting too sore. I thought about taking Deca instead of Eq, but I'm not looking for much size gains and I don't want to get gyno. I'm not active in sports or anything, but I still don't want my joints to hurt constantly. I have already had 2 reconstructive shoulder surgeries. Will I be OK with the Winny/EQ or should I stick with Winny/Deca?

Bro, how can we tell you if you're going to get sore or not???? everyone reacts different to gear....but if you want to be on the safer side try the deca...easier on the joints because of the water retention but more bloat...you just have to find out by yourself!!! I've had sore joints with and without deca, it's hard to exclude anything, just see what happens and train smart with good form and you'll be fine.

I know that there is no way for you to know exactly how sore I will get. I wanted to know if someone could tell me from experience if their soreness was worth the gains or if it was just unbearable even if it was an extreme case. I don't want to have to stop lifting mid-cycle due to joint problems. Basically I'm looking for opinions from people on what they would do given the same circumstances. Thanks for the help though.

Okie, I can tell you this...I've had to cut 2 cucles short because of shoulder problems (joints) but then again I was lifting heavy all the time and that could have been the problem!!! way too much stress on the shoulder joints and with the gear making you stronger it didn't help out a bit...just train smart is all i can say with a good warm up and proper form.

My joints felt great during my last cycle of D-bol, sust and Eq. I think the Eq helped alot for the sore joints. Just my personal opinion. Now that I am off my joints hurt like crazy
