I had a bout with it about 2 years ago. There is info on the web (mostly for runners). You can find all the symptoms there. "My symptoms" were that I was always tired... lost my desire to workout(sucks)... depressed.... wanted to sleep all the time. I was hitting a muscle group every other day!!!! Now I group my push exercises and then my pull exercises and make sure I have at least a day off (or leg day) between them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Flu-like symptoms, loss in strength, loss in energy, irritability, etc. You'll know, cause your strength & stamina will drop during workouts. The cure? Take a little time off and recuperate properly. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
