So... A friend and I are planning a trip to ole' Mexico within the next few weeks. While we are going to enjoy ourselves, we would also like to pick up some souviners to take back with us accross the border. The problem(s) is that neither of us have ever undertaken such a venture, and while we have a vague idea how to go about the whole thing, we are unsure of the specifics. I could really use a step-by-step guide of how to make safe, quality purchases. Some questions I have: 1. Where to cross the border for best results. 2. which town to visit. 3. which pharmacies to visit. 4. how to get inside info from cabbies. 5. how much is safe (volume) to bring accross the border. ...Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Mods will likely lock this, because it's a felony to advise you on how to commit a felony (like smuggling drugs into the US). I'd e-mail a mod or something rather than broadcast you intent to commit a felony on a public system.

That one is on me I suppose. Best I coule is phrase the question differently... Anyone ever hear any second-hand stories of guys bringing souviners accross the border? How did THEY do it?... Not that I would ever do it myself, nor would I advocate such an endeavor. --Moe | ||
