hi guys! i'm gonna start my second cycle soon - decided to use sust so thanx to all who replied to that post, i've put together a training cycle. let me kno wot u guys think. should i be training more often??etc. day 1 - traps,shoulders,tris let me kno if u guys would change it and how. | ||

why don't you split it up a little more. 1 day off when neededor maybe 2 monday- chest,tris I take one day off a week if I need it. I sleep lots, eat good, and am taking...stuff The above is just a something I would do with what your on assuming you've already been training for a while and aren't just jumping into this. cheers | ||

thank for that. i'm not 'just jumping in' this is my second cycle and i'm a pharmacy student so i kno my s**t. just thought i'd c how other people train. no harm in that. just in case u wanna kno i'm 5"7' and 186lbs bout 10-12% bf. not bad for a 20 year old! and hopefully gonna put on over 25lbs on this cycle. i'l keep u guys posted. | ||

hey bro, i'm similar to you without any doubt...i'm 5'7'', 181lbs, 20yrs old estimating 10% or so bf. I've never done a cycle yet, and really havent lifted all that much in my life. For the past 3months i've been goin extremely hardcore. my body has adjusted very well to the demands i've put on it. I am lucky since i have the time, but if u do and considering you'll be juicin i would imagine the results would be insain. I try to hit one body part at per session if possible, lifting one around 10am and the next around 8pm. this keeps me at a fast pace and i get to hit each muscle group the second its ready. i used to do shoulders and tris on the same day back to back like u have listed, but the second body part gets screwed over...when u get some good food and rest in ya and come back 8hrs later the body is rarin to go again. dont get me wrong, you still need your rest day, its the true way to know how well you've been liftin, if i ever feel i dont need the rest i get royally pissed since i blame it on the fact that i didnt lift hard enough |
