I work 1 body part a day and train these body parts like my legs hard and basic

O.K. so I am doing triceps on the bench and I start off with Skull crushers 1 warmed up with a bare bar 45#'s 2 sets @ 15-20 reps and then my two working sets @ 135-155 for 6-8 reps well on loading it to 135 I unracked it and there it was the greeting comitee the terrible pain shot from my elbows and I dropped the bar behind my head I got up and looked around and 1 of the trainers came over to see if I was alright took a minute and continued, gentleman I could not even do a 15# dbell overhead extension.

Woke up this morning and I can do diamond pushups fine.......is there something wrong with my elbows???

Several possibilities: there is a ligament that extends from your tricep to the inside of your elbow down to your forearm that is particularly vunerable when doing skull crushers. Bone chips or cartilage damage are also possibilities. Hopefully you just had some swelling and maybe tweaked a nerve a little or have a little tendonitis. I would ice it and not do skull crushers for a while (close grip bench would be better until it heals) and get an MRI if the pain persists. As a former baseball pitcher, I will tell you that ligaments, tendons, joint pains, etc. in your arm should not be treated lightly.
