Truthfully, how many of you actually have a larger quad measurement than your waist? My quads are currently 27" and my waist is 30" although I have been bulking and when I diet it is usually 28". It has been a goal of mine for a long time now to get each quad bigger than my waist. Have any of you done it?

(I responded to your other post about this too)...but anywayz, although I have big ass quads, my waist has always been thick. Even when I'm really shreaded, my waist is around 32-33inches.

I'll have a look Fener. Having a bigger quad than waist is bloody rare. Not even that many pros achieve it. Check those measurements, I'd be interested to see what they are.

Cheers BB, I just got pissed off over at chat when the post had been up over an hour with no responses, so I re-posted it here. If you post a post about sucking dicks you get 50 replies over there, yet bodybuilding topics get ignored.

It is very rare. A publicist offered any pro bb'er $1000.00 if they would let him measure at the midpoint of the knee, and at the belly-button for the waist. The challenge has gone unanswered for 3 years.

It was Steve Neece who was writing for MuscleMag at the time...

Good hell... a quad being bigger than a waist? My waist is 31". I keep it as small as I can, but my concern is more about my arm to waist ratio.
I want 21 inch arms, and a 31" waist. That'd kick.
If my legs were as big as my waist... how tiny would my arms look then?
No thanks. I'd rather be built like a lightbulb than a pear.

Oh goody, I should be able to get his number from my mate Mick Hart, who also used to write for MM. I will definately be claiming it in Sept. when I do my show!

Just checked your photos Fener, you look ripped mate! Good intercorstals and side obliques. Are you looking for more mass or is this your goal?

A buddy of mine has 33" quads and a 29" waist whenever he competes. During the offseason his waist gos back up to 32-33. So it isn't impossible. I have a real small waist like around 27-28" in comp shape, so one day mine will be bigger as well.
