I got a little worried by someone elses post about fucking their friend up when they injected him so i'm just trying to run out the procedure i'll do for my first injection (when i can find someone who sells real steroids) pull air into syringe, push into vial and turn upside down expelling the air into the vial to help draw the liquid change the needle for sharpness tap any air into the syringe end and push on the plunger until a droplet come out, helps for moisturisation push into the outer upper part of the buttocks (not eh arsehole or bollocks *LOL*) Draw back the plunger if any blood appears remove (your in a vein) any body pull me up on anything wrong there (better safe than sorry)     | ||

Your procedure looks good. But if you happen to pull back and see blood make sure you change the needle before re-injecting it into your glute. Also if you can have someone else inject you it's much easier to get over the first injection jitters... ------------------ | ||
