I train bi's and tri's together. I get a much better pump and can focus on each muscle group instead of having to worry if they're tired already from a back or chest workout...

No forearms are in my arm day. I like the push/pull method on alot of my days. I feel I train harder.

The problem with doing them together is that the contractions of the muscle are restricted by the pump of the opposing muscle. This can limit the development of the biceps peak if done on a regular basis. Also, if you have any elbow pain this could be the source. Depending on your training split, you'll probably be training back or chest with in two days and those muscles will still be fatigued.

Supersets, giant sets, mix and match em, nothing beats the pump of bis and tris together. I go the whole workout without without looking in the miror, then do as many as possible, plus 20 on rope extensions and cable curls, then take a look. The most awesome feeling in the world, seeing that pump!!!!!

Fuck arms the same day,,,try this it has led to some spectacular arm gains and post workout soreness......

Mon-chest & quada
tues-back
wed- shoulders & hamstrings
thur- triceps
fri- biceps & calves

IT is an awesome soreness the next day and you have alot of energy to focus the attention on the arms....After I just finished my college football career, this program has given amazing gains.....

I train mine like this,

mon-chest
tues-back
wed-shoulders
thurs-tri's,calves
fri-legs
sat-bis,forearms
sun-off

I used to train them together but i've seen almost an inch in growth since i split them up. {Plus i sometimes goes as high as 15-16 sets)
