HI I AM A PUSSY I NEED TO INJECT 3 PINS AND I AM CHICKEN WHEN IT COMES TO THE THEIGH OR SHOULDER..I WANT TO USE BOTH GLUTES 1 DAY..AND THE SAME GLUTE THE NEXT DAY..
SO''CAN YOU USE THE SAME SITE 2 DAYS IN A ROW

You might be a little bit sore from the previous injection. Also if you inject enough oil it won't have a chance to dissipate making you more prone to an abcess. Use your thighs, biceps, or shoulders. All are easy, but if you still have a problem have someone else inject you...

I'm doing both quads twice a week now, mondays and thursdays, 3mls each time per leg. No problems at all. I've gone up to 5mls at once in my ass with no problems either. I think it depends on the roid you're using, but more importantly, on the person. You just have to figure out, by trial and error, how much oil your body can dissipate in a given amount of time. Go for it, keep us posted! -PhatD

After a while, you might find that the
needle gets difficult to put in. I'm
guessing that you have someone else
injecting your ass. If you were doing it
yourself, I think you would prefer the
quad. I say get over your fear and use
all of your available sites. I don't
think it is strictly necessary though.
Despite the fact that it is recommended
that you inject the upper outer quadrant
of your glutes, you have a pretty large
area to work with. You should be able to
spread out the injections if you are
careful. Take a marker and draw a big X
after each one, to track where you've been
